Received wrong or damaged product?
This is of course very annoying and we want to resolve this with you as soon as possible! For this, we ask you to send a photo of all received products including the box they came in. We will look together with you for the best solution for you! If it is a mistake on our part, this will of course be resolved free of charge.

Are you not satisfied with one of our products? Then you can return the product and you will receive your money back!
How can I return?
If you want to register the product for return, you can easily send an email or a WhatsApp message. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
These are the terms:
- Returns can be made up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order.
- Money back in your bank within 5 working days after we have received the return.
- "We can only refund your products if you have contacted us in advance."
- Add a note with your order number to the return package so we know who the package is from.
- The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
- All extras that have been added to the order, such as a shaker cup, must also be returned.
- You are responsible for the return package until it is received by us again.
