It takes a maximum of 2 working days before your package is delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Yes, we charge €4.95 per order.

You can cancel your order for free as long as the package has not yet been shipped. Haven't you received an email from DPD yet? Please contact us as soon as possible, the package has probably not been shipped yet.

Sure! As soon as your package has been picked up by us, you will receive an email from DPD containing a Track&Trace code.

If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered, you can contact DPD's customer service. Often, the package has been delivered to a parcel shop.

That's annoying! Please contact us and leave your order number. We will check what weight the package was weighed so that we can send you the missing product.

The delivery service will return a day later, or your package will be delivered to a parcel shop so you can pick it up there.
