Shipping Policy

Delivery time

The delivery time for your order is usually 1 working day, but can extend up to a maximum of 2 working days. If you order after 12:00, the delivery time will start the following day.

Shipping method

'The orders are shipped via DPD and the costs for this amount to 4.95 euros including VAT. As soon as DPD has received your order, you will receive a Track&Trace code.'

Cancel

You can cancel your order for free as long as the package has not yet been shipped. Have you not received an email from DPD yet? Please contact us as soon as possible, the package has probably not been shipped yet. If you refuse the package at the door or do not pick up your package at the parcel shop, we will be forced to charge a €15 surcharge.
