Cancellation, returns, withdrawals, and refunds
Do you want to cancel, return, or exercise your right of withdrawal? Below you can read how this works.
Cancelling an order
Have you placed an order but want to cancel it? Then you can submit a cancellation request via our online return and withdrawal page:

Log in with the email address you used to place the order. You can then select your order and, if available, request a cancellation.
Cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Because we often process orders quickly, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation. Has your order already been processed or shipped? Then you can use your right of withdrawal or register a return after receipt.

Returns and right of withdrawal
Are you not satisfied with your order or do you want to exercise your right of withdrawal? Then you can withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions for returns
- You must register your return or withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After registering your return or withdrawal, send the products back to us within 14 days.
- Please include the return form or a note with your order number in the package so we know who the return is from.
- The products should be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Any free extras that were part of the order, such as a shaker bottle, must also be returned. If these are missing, we may deduct their value from the refund amount.
- The costs and risk of the return shipment are your responsibility, unless it concerns an error on our part, a wrongly delivered product, or a damaged/defective product.
- Always keep your shipping proof until your return has been fully processed.
Refund for cancellation
If your order is successfully canceled before it has been processed or shipped, we will refund the full order amount as soon as possible via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Refund for return or cancellation
After receiving your return, or after you have proven that you have sent the products back, we will refund the amount due as soon as possible.
We aim to process the refund within 5 working days after receiving the return.
For a full cancellation of the order, you will also receive the standard shipping costs of the original delivery back. Any extra costs for a more expensive shipping method, such as express shipping, will not be refunded.
For a partial return, we only refund the returned products. The original shipping costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We will refund via the same payment method you used to pay for the order, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Received the wrong, damaged, or incomplete product?
That is of course very unfortunate and we want to resolve this with you as quickly as possible.
In that case, send us a message with your order number and a photo of all received products, including the box in which the order was delivered.

If it is an error on our part, a wrongly delivered product, or a damaged/defective product, we will of course resolve this for you free of charge.
