Shipping Policy
Delivery time
The delivery time for your order is usually 1 business day but can take up to a maximum of 2 business days. If you order after 12:00, the delivery time will start the next day.
Shipping method
Orders to the Netherlands are shipped with DHL, to Belgium with PostNL, to Denmark with PostNord, and to Germany with DPD. The shipping costs are €4.95 incl. VAT. Once your order has been processed and received by the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Cancel
You can cancel your order for free as long as the package has not yet been shipped. Have you not received an email from the carrier yet? Then please contact us as soon as possible, as the package has probably not been shipped yet. If you refuse the package at the door or do not pick up your package at the parcel shop, we will be forced to charge a €15 surcharge.
