The pump caffeine formula is great for when you’re training late or just don’t want the caffeine for whatever reason. It tastes better than most pre workouts and dissolves well even though it can get a little grainy when the pot has been opened quite a few times. The beta alanine causes quite some tingles at a full dose so depending on your preferences you could dose it as you see fit.

The product is potent with plenty of power for the pump. But the flavor is not an industry standard.. The cheery flavor is subpar, I had to buy cheery juice powder to upgrade the taste. The taste is very important, and the experience would blow everyone away.
