Received the wrong or damaged product?

We understand that this is inconvenient, and we want to resolve it with you as quickly as possible! To assist you, we kindly ask you to send a photo of all received products, including the box they came in. Together, we’ll find the best solution for you! If it’s our mistake, we will, of course, resolve it at no cost.

Not satisfied with one of our products? Then you can return the product and we will refund your money!

How can I return?

If you want to register the product for return you can easily send an email or whatsapp. Please include your order number and the product you want to return.

These are the terms and conditions:

  • Returns can be made up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Refund to your bank within 5 working days after we receive the return.
  • We can only refund your products if you have been in contact beforehand.
  • Please include a bill with your order number in the return package so we know who the package is from.
  • The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.
  • All extras added to the order, such as a shaker bottle, must also be returned.
  • You are responsible for the return package until we receive it.
