Ordering

It takes a maximum of 2 working days for your package to be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Yes, we charge €4.95 per order.

You can cancel your order for free as long as the package has not been shipped. Haven’t received an email from DPD yet? Then please contact us as soon as possible; the package is likely not yet shipped.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can add something to your order without paying extra shipping costs. Please contact us regarding this

Certainly! Once your package has been picked up by us, you will receive an email from DPD containing a Track & Trace code

If you encounter any problems while placing an order, please feel free to contact us so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

It’s possible that there might be a typo in your email address. In this case, you can send us a WhatsApp message, and we will look into it for you.

First verify that the money was actually debited

Yes, it is possible, but the shipping costs may be higher. Therefore, please contact us in advance!

Receiving

If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered, please contact DPD customer service. Often, the package may have been delivered to a parcel shop.

That’s very inconvenient. We ask you to contact us so that we can find a quick and appropriate solution for you. Of course, this will be at no cost to you!

That’s annoying! Please contact us and leave your order number. We will check the weight of the package so we can send you the missing product!

Unfortunately, this can happen due to the long journey the package has taken. Send us a photo and your order number so that we can resolve this together.

The delivery service will return a day later, or your package will be delivered to a parcel shop so that you can pick it up there.
