You can perfectly combine the caffeine-free variant with our regular Pre Workout Extreme so that you can create your ideal caffeine dosage. This way, you maintain full control over your energy levels and performance without compromising on the powerful effects of the other high-quality ingredients.
How to Use Pre Workout Extreme:
- Fill your glass or shaker with 300 ml of water.
- Add 8.5 g (about ½ scoop) of Pre Workout Extreme.
- Stir well or shake until fully dissolved.
- Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout for optimal results.
Recommended Use:
We recommend consuming a maximum of one serving per day.
