Whey protein is highly popular due to its high protein content (79%) and low levels of fat and lactose. It is a protein shake composed of whey proteins, a byproduct obtained during cheese production. One of the advantages of these proteins is their rapid absorbability by the body; the first proteins are processed within 20 minutes! Additionally, whey proteins contain a high concentration of branched-chain amino acids, which are crucial for muscle recovery.

How to use:

Protein shakes are very popular because they are easy to prepare and quick to consume.

1. Fill your shaker or mixer with 300ml of water or milk.
2. Add 40 grams (2 measuring scoops) of Whey Protein.
3. Shake or mix until all lumps are dissolved.
4. Ready to drink!

We recommend taking 1-4 shakes per day depending on your protein needs.
