Whey Protein

Whey protein is highly popular due to its high protein content (79%) and low levels of fat and lactose. It is a protein shake composed of whey proteins, a byproduct obtained during cheese production. One of the advantages of these proteins is their rapid absorbability by the body; the first proteins are processed within 20 minutes! Additionally, whey proteins contain a high concentration of branched-chain amino acids, which are crucial for muscle recovery.

Why a protein shake?

In addition to water, proteins are the most common organic substance in the body. Proteins are the building blocks that make up our body: our hair, skin, muscles, connective tissues, and so on. They maintain, repair, and build our muscles and connective tissues. In short, without protein, we would not be able to function. That’s why it’s important to meet your protein needs. How to use:

Protein shakes are very popular because they are easy to prepare and quick to consume.

Fill your shaker or mixer with 300ml of water or milk.
Add 40 grams (2 measuring scoops) of Whey Protein.
Shake or mix until all lumps are dissolved.
Ready to drink!

We recommend taking 1-4 shakes per day depending on your protein needs.
Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Ordered on a Thursday, delivered on Tuesday. During the weekend that I am waiting for the products, there is suddenly a discount promotion… Free shipping is also misleading, they only do so to a collection point. About the product itself. The bag looks nice although it is strangely sealed on the inside, all the information is on it. Wherever it says to use 2 scoops. You then end up with 40 grams, while the competitor gets away with a scoop of 28 grams. Yes it is cheaper per bag, you just have to scoop more. I again find this misleading. With two scoops your shake is sweet and sweet. I have quite a sweet tooth, but this goes too far even for me. Vanilla flavour. So I scoop to taste. Mixing works reasonably well. All in all, I'm still not convinced. In addition, the flavors are often out of stock.

  Dear Rick, Thank you for your review. Apologies that delivery took a little longer, it should indeed be delivered on Monday. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that delivery is delayed by a day. ABOUT the scoops: We indeed recommend 2 scoops, which gives you 31.4G proteins. You can also do a scoop of 28G, but then there is only 22g of protein in your shake, which we think is on the low side. If the shake is too sweet you can always try mixing it with a little more water or more milk!

Ordered three flavours but used two untill rn. (vanilla and strawberry)

Kinda silly to say but the strawberry literally tastes 80-90 percent identical to vanilla. which isnt bad but i tried it only in water. the flavour changes drastically when you mix it with milk.

When it comes to the taste of vanilla in water it gets a solid 8/10. It tastes like milk powder but when poured in milk only then the Vanilla pops out.

when i say it dissolves, i really mean it it dissolves really great and leaves no lumps behined whatsoever. plus the protein shake in water is suprisingly thin when it comes to the consistancey. i am not sure whats the science or reason behind it.

only place were these people could imporve is SENDING a confirmation though email somehow. i orderd the powder and they didnt even send a confirmation. there no way i couldve known it was coming but they have a customer support through whatsapp and it worked out fine.

otherwise super satisfied as long as they keep the prices where they are right now 14.95 euro/KG
