With the Protein Bar Ready Mix, you can easily make your own protein bars with 20 grams of protein each. The advantage of this is that it contains no preservatives that make the bar last longer but are very unhealthy. It’s also a cheaper alternative, as you pay only 60 cents per bar!

- Add the entire package (225 g) of the mix to a bowl.
- Measure 5 teaspoons (25 ml) of oil (olive or sunflower oil) and add to the bowl.
- Add 5 tablespoons (65 ml) of cold water.
- Optionally, you can add nuts or chocolate chips for an extra crunch.
